These terms govern the use of this website (auto-pflege-berlin.de) and any services requested via this site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide hand-detailing services for passenger vehicles by appointment. A binding contract is only formed once we have confirmed your booking in writing.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be billed for time reserved. Pickup and delivery is offered subject to availability.
4. Liability
We treat every vehicle with the highest level of care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our own negligence. Pre-existing paint defects, wear, or modifications outside factory specification are not covered.
5. Pricing
Listed prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Quotes for vans, SUVs and heavily soiled vehicles are agreed individually.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, layout) is protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
